Using GPD2856C decoding play chip design. Power on ,module begins to work when LED is blinking .There are 3 buttons on the board .S2 is for stop play .S1 is for last ,press long time to reduce sound volume .S3 is for next ,long time press to add sound volume
Modify the module to U disk,please operate as below :
The first PIN of U disk interface connects to positive pole ,second and third pin connects to feet 11 and feet 12 of master control chip .Feet 4 of U disk connects to negative pole .The power supply should be USB 5V to avoid old version U disk to play failure.Because old version U disk doesn’t support 3.7V Li battery power supply .It is ok to power by 3.7V for new version U disk .
The The maximum output is 3W when power supply is 5V .It has 2w mono amplifiers (some advice :let it work with 4ohm 3w small TF card speakers on the horn .The sound quality is good, sound volume is very high .If the volume is not large enough ,just let it work with 4 ohm 5 watt loudspeaker. please pay attention to the heat dissipation of the amplifier after you change it to 4 ohm 5w loudspeaker .
When playing music,the chip may be hot .Please kindly note that power amplifier chips or amplifier tube heat is normal.The power amplifier chip will not burn as long as it doesn't work on the biggest volume
Make this module to the front rank of amplifier, do not need the power of the board,please modify as below :
Just remove the board of the power amplifier chip, chip (8 feet).Then,connects a 104 or 224 capacitor to input terminal of power amplifier in series from mater chip feet 4 and feet 6 .(capacitor have isolation effect, in case the master control chip level or the same power supply burned power amplifier tube) , the left wire connects to common terminal of amplifier input from negative pole.
To modify module to headphone :
Just remove the board of the power amplifier chip, chip (8 feet).Then,connects a 104 or 224 capacitor to each side of headphone in series from mater chip feet 4 and feet 6
