Overview
LC frequency convert voltage module LC-F2V is A pulse signal into analog voltage signal to frequency module. Able to 0-1 KHZ frequency conversion of 0-10 v output voltage. Adjusting frequency can change the output voltage. Can be used to interface between PLC and frequency converter conversion, or movement control CARDS and converter interface matching control occasions.
Function features
1.Enter different frequency, output corresponding voltage.
2.Input pulse level is 5V, 12V and 24V，all can be input directly, without resistance.The input signal frequency should maintain more than 0.5 seconds.
3.The output voltage can be fine-tuning.By potentiometer to calibrate the relationship between frequency and voltage.
4.Signal input using the light lotus root isolation, guarantee the anti-interference ability.
5.If you need matched with PLC, support of NPN. must be ground.
6.If should be matched with the encoder, the encoder constant speed continues to turn more than 0.5 seconds.
7.F/V converter module, response time, 0.3 to 0.5 seconds.As a big adjust frequency, need certain response time.

(2) Operating Instructions
The working voltage VCC &gnd, not reverse connection, in order to avoid damage to the board and components.
Will pick on F, frequency pulse signal on VOUT is corresponding to the output voltage.
Corresponding relations between input and output:
100 hz = 1 v.
1 KHZ = 10 v.
Module accuracy is 1%, the accuracy is higher when do not apply.
When using corresponding relation if there is a deviation, can adjust potentiometer to calibration.
